CONTEST RULES (the “Rules”)

 

 

The “DESTINATION DE RÊVE AIR TRANSAT” (the “Contest”) is organized by Transat Tours Canada Inc. operating as Air Transat (the “Organizer”). The Contest starts on July 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (the “Contest Opening Date”), and ends August 15 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (the “Contest Closing Date”).

 

1.       ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority by the Contest Opening Date, except for employees, agents and representatives of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies, the suppliers of material, prizes and services related to this Contest, and any other stakeholder directly related to the holding of the Contest, as well as the members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children and legal or de facto spouse) and anyone with whom these employees, representatives and agents reside.

 

2.       HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary

2.1   The contestant (the “Contestant” or “Contestants”) in order to be eligible to the Contest, must do the following:

2.1.1   Step 1 – To enter the prize draw the contestants must start with the online registration at a CF Montréal local match: During the Contest Period, on July 16, 2026, July 25, 2026, August 1st, 2026, or August 15, 2026, the contestant must complete an online registration form using a QR Code while selecting their Air Transat dream destination amongst a list.

2.1.2   Step 2 - To multiply the contestants’ chances of winning the prize draw by a hundred (100), the Contestant must turn the Air Transat Wheel at one of the local games during the Contest Period, on July 16, 2026, July 25, 2026, August 1st, 2026, or August 15, 2026. If the Contestant lands on the dream destination they selected in their registration form while turning the Wheel, the Contestant is automatically multiplying their chances of winning the prize draw by a hundred (100).

 

3.     PRIZE

3.1.    One (1) Prize (referred to as the “Prize”) shall be awarded to the Contestant whose entry will have been selected in conformity with Section 6, hereunder.

3.1.1.       The Grand Prize includes: Roundtrip Air Transat flight tickets for two people in Economy Class from Montreal to the dream destination selected in the form. As per the flight schedules from Montreal available on the Air Transat website. Flights must be operated only by Air Transat, not its codeshare partners.

3.1.2.       The specific secondary prizes exclusive to the July 16, 2026 game includes: Upgrade of 4 general admission tickets granting access to the Air Transat field-side table (including service of food and beverages) or one of the three entries to the July 16 halftime entertainment on-field activation. The on-field activation consists of an obstacle race, where the first participant to score in the empty net will win a roundtrip Air Transat flight tickets for two people in Economy Class from Montreal, as per the flight schedules from Montreal available on the Air Transat website. Secondary prizes are worth a maximum of $4,000.

3.2.    Transportation to the departure city as well as any expense related to the trip at destination are at the Contestant’s own expense and his/her travelling companion. The following black-out dates apply from December 11, 2026, to January 10, 2027, as well as from February 19, 2027, to March 6, 2027. Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance and completed by July 14, 2027.

3.3.    The Grand Prize is worth a maximum of $3,500. No money in cash or credit will be given to the Contestant if the value of the prize for the selected dates is less than $3,500.

 

4.     CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PRIZE

4.1     The selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion must travel together both ways. Travel arrangements will be made by the Organizer. Trip must be booked at least 30 days in advance and must be completed by July 14, 2027.

4.2     Reservations are subject to the availability of the Organizer. The terms and conditions as stated on www.transat.com or www.airtransat.com are applicable. Insurance charges, personal expenses, personal travel insurance and travel documents are not included in the Prize. The Organizer strongly recommends that the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion purchase travel insurance at time of the reservation or prior to departure.

4.3     On the travelling date, they are fully responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, all documentation necessary for the trip as required by the authorities concerned, including, but not limited to, visas, passports and vaccination certificates. These shall be obtained before departure. The selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion shall comply with the Contest validity dates and accept the alternatives proposed by the Organizer, if this proves necessary. No extension of stay will be permitted. The Organizer reserves the right to offer a comparable prize if a program is cancelled in the case of circumstances beyond its control.

4.4     All of the personal expenses of the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion are their sole responsibility. The Contestant and his/her travelling companion are responsible for their own transportation upon departure and arrival at the international airport of departure, as determined by the Organizer. The Organizer shall assume no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight or any other component of the packages or of any other transportation that is part of the Prize for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions or equipment breakdown or failure. The travelling companion of the selected Contestant shall be Canadian resident who has reached the age of majority in his/her province by the Contest Opening Date. In the event that the Prize is not accepted in accordance with the conditions attached thereto, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited or non-available.

4.5     Reservations and arrangements for the Prize related to the reservation of the flights must be made by the Organizer, on the date agreed upon by the selected Contestant at least thirty (30) days before departure and will be subject to availability. The Organizer will provide a document to the Selected Contestant with all the details and the procedure to book.

4.6     The Prize offered must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or convertible into cash.

5.     DRAW

5.1     For the Grand Prize, one random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received between the Contest Opening Date (July 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. EDT) and the Contest Closing Date (August 15, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. EDT). The draw will take place on August 19, 2026 at 12 p.m. EDT, at the offices of Transat Tours Canada Inc. 300 Léo Pariseau, Montreal, Quebec, H2X 4C2.

5.2     For the secondary prizes on July 16, 2026, random draws will be conducted from all eligible digital entries via the QR code received before 7:30 pm EDT amongst the fans attending the July 16, 2026 game at the Saputo Stadium between the Contest Opening Date (July 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. EDT) and July 16 official game time (July 16, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. EDT). The draw will take place on July 16, 2026, at 7:35 p.m. EDT, at the Saputo Stadium, 4750, Sherbrooke East, Montréal (Québec), H1V 3S8. The winners will be contacted by phone to claim their prize immediately on-site.

5.3     Limit of one (1) entry per person online for the duration of the Contest Period with the exception of any Contestant that will succeed at the Wheel activation at the Saputo Stadium.  These participants will then see their entry multiple by 100 to a maximum of 100 chances to win.

5.4     Odds of winning: the odds of a participant’s entry being selected in the draw depend on the number of entries registered during the Contest Period.

 

 

6.     prize claim

6.1     In order to be declared a winner, the selected Contestant must:

6.1.1           fulfill the conditions for participation set out in articles 1 and 2 of these Rules;

6.1.2           be reached by the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours following the selection of the Contestant via email and follow the instructions on how to contact the Organizer through email to claim the Prize;

6.1.3           if it is impossible to reach the selected Contestant within forty-eight (48) hours of the winners’ selection, or if the Contestant does not meet the conditions stipulated in the present Rules, all rights to the Prize will be forfeited and another Contestant will be chosen. If it is impossible to reach the second (2nd) selected Contestant within forty-eight (48) hours of the second (2nd) Contestant’s selection, or if the second (2nd) Contestant does not meet the conditions stipulated in the present Rules all rights to the Prize will be forfeited and another Contestant will be chosen. If it is impossible to reach the third (3rd) selected Contestant within forty-eight (48) hours of the third (3rd) Contestant’s selection, or if the third (3rd) Contestant does not meet the conditions stipulated in the present Rules, the prize will be forfeited. For greater clarity, a new Contestant will be chosen to replace the Contestant who does not answer;

6.1.4           complete and sign the declaration and waiver form (the “Declaration Form”) which will be transmitted by the Organizer and must be returned to the Organizer of the Contest within three (3) business days of receipt.

6.1.5           Exceptionally for the July 16, 2026, on-site winners, the winners will be contacted by phone to claim their prize immediately on-site.

6.2     The winner will be named within thirty (30) days following the selection date of the winner.

6.3     Failure to observe any of the conditions mentioned above or any other conditions stipulated in these Rules, the selected Contestant will be disqualified and the Prize that would have been awarded will be forfeited.

7.     personal information

7.1     From time to time, the Organizer, with the Contestant’s consent, may use the personal information provided in the Declaration Form for the purpose of:

7.1.1           Communicating with the winner so he/she can take possession of the Prize;

7.1.2           Communicating with the Contestant directly in relation to goods and services offered by the Organizer, including special offers and information on travel services; and

7.1.3           Conducting a survey regarding the effectiveness of the website, advertising and sales efforts made by the Organizer.

7.2     The Contestant shall indicate whether he/she consents to his/her personal information provided on the Declaration Form being used by checking the box to this effect on the official Declaration Form. For further information regarding the use of personal information by the Organizer as described in the Policy regarding the protection of personal information and the right to privacy adopted by Transat A.T. Inc. and its affiliates, the Contestant is invited to visit the website www.airtransat.com and/or www.transat.com.

 

8.     GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1     The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant or cancel his/her entry if he/she enters or attempts to enter this Contest in a manner that does not comply with these Rules. This Contestant may be turned over to the appropriate judicial authorities. Any decision of the Organizer regarding this aspect of the Contest is final.

8.2     By entering this Contest, the selected Contestant and his/her travelling companion agree, without receiving any additional compensation, to the use of their name, address, city, province, voice, comments, photographs and/or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by the Organizer.

8.3     This Contest is subject to the federal, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and by-laws.

8.4     Any forms that are incomplete, received after the Contest Closing Date, lost, irregular in any way or sent by an unauthorized method shall be deemed null and void and will not be accepted for the draws.

8.5     The Contest is administered by the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for entry forms that are received after the Contest Closing Date, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, falsified, altered or destroyed, and such forms shall be deemed null and void. The Organizer will assume no responsibility for any problem, failure or technical malfunction of a network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, provider, email or browser or any other technical malfunction that may occur, including, but not limited to, a problem of the transmission or non-transmission of an entry form, for any reason whatsoever. The Organizer is not responsible in any way for erroneous or inaccurate Information, whether caused by website users or by the equipment and/or programs associated with or used by the Contest or by a technical or human error that may have occurred in conducting the Contest, including in the processing of entry forms. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, loss or fault relating to operation or transmission, failure of communication lines, loss or destruction or prohibited access to or modification of the entry forms. The Organizer is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from the holding of the Contest. All entry forms become the property of the Organizer and will not be returned to the Contestants. The Organizer reserves the right to destroy all the documents pertaining to the Contest once the retention period as required by law has expired. The Organizer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or postpone the Contest at any time, without prior notice, if any factor prevents the holding of the Contest pursuant to these Rules or in accordance with any law, regulation, by-law or policy of any entity having jurisdiction over the Organizer.

8.6     By entering the Contest, the Contestant acknowledges having read and understood these Rules and agrees to be bound by them and to comply with them. The Contestant declares that the Rules are understandable and reasonably available for consultation.

8.7     The winner’s name may be obtained by writing to “Destination De Rêve Air Transat”, Attn: Marie-Christine Pouliot, Transat Tours Canada Inc., Place du Parc, 300 Léo-Pariseau, 12th Floor, Montreal, Qc, H2X 4C2.

RÈGLEMENT DU CONCOURS

(Ci-après le « Règlement »)

 

 

Le concours « DESTINATION DE RÊVE AIR TRANSAT » (ci-après le « Concours ») est organisé par Transat Tours Canada inc. faisant affaire sous Air Transat (ci-après l’« Organisateur »). Le Concours débute le 16 juillet 2026 à 18 h, heure avancée de l’Est (HAE) (ci-après la « Date d’ouverture du Concours »), et se termine le 15 août 2026 à 22 h, heure avancée de l’Est (HAE) (ci-après la « Date de clôture du Concours »).

 

1.       Admissibilité

Le Concours s’adresse à toute personne résidant au Québec et ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité à la Date d’ouverture du Concours, à l’exception des employés, agents et représentants de l’Organisateur, de ses filiales, sociétés affiliées, agences de publicité ou de promotion, fournisseurs de matériel, de prix et de services liés au Concours, ainsi que toute autre partie directement liée à la tenue du Concours, de même que les membres de leur famille immédiate (père, mère, frères, sœurs, enfants et conjoint légal ou de fait) et toute personne avec qui ces employés, représentants ou agents sont domiciliés.

 

2.       COMMENT PARTICIPER

2.1.    La participante ou le participant (ci-après le « Participant ») doit, pour être admissible au Concours, effectuer les actions suivantes :

2.1.1.       Étape 1 – Pour participer au tirage, le participant doit s’inscrire en ligne lors d’un match local du CF Montréal. Pendant la période du concours, le 16 juillet 2026, le 25 juillet 2026, le 1er août 2026 ou le 15 août 2026, le participant doit remplir un formulaire d’inscription en ligne à l’aide d’un code QR tout en sélectionnant une Destination de rêve Air Transat parmi la liste proposée.

2.1.2.       Étape 2 – Afin de multiplier par 100 ses chances de gagner au tirage, le participant doit faire tourner la Grande Roue Air Transat lors de l’un des matchs locaux tenus pendant la période du concours, soit les 16 juillet 2026, 25 juillet 2026, 1er août 2026 ou 15 août 2026. Si la destination obtenue sur la Grande Roue correspond à la Destination de rêve choisie dans son formulaire d’inscription, ses chances de gagner sont automatiquement multipliées par 100.

 

3.       prix

3.1.    Un (1) Prix (ci-après le « Prix » sera attribué au Participant dont la participation aura été sélectionnée conformément à l’article 6 ci-dessous.

3.1.1.       Le Grand Prix comprend : des billets d’avion aller-retour Air Transat pour deux personnes en classe Économie au départ de Montréal la destination de rêve sélectionnée, selon les horaires de vols au départ de Montréal disponibles sur le site Web d’Air Transat. Les vols doivent être opérés exclusivement par Air Transat.

3.1.2.       Les prix secondaires spécifiques et exclusifs au match du 16 juillet 2026 incluent : le surclassement de 4 billets d’admission générale donnant accès à la table Air Transat au bord du terrain (incluant nourriture et boissons) ou l’une des trois participations à l’activation sur le terrain à la mi‑temps. Cette activation consiste en une course à obstacles où le premier participant à marquer dans le filet remporte deux billets aller‑retour Air Transat en classe Économie pour une destination offerte par Air Transat. La valeur maximale des prix secondaires est de 4 000 $.

3.2.    Le transport vers la ville de départ ainsi que toutes les dépenses à destination sont à la charge du participant et de son compagnon de voyage. Les périodes exclues sont du 11 décembre 2026 au 10 janvier 2027 ainsi que du 19 février 2027 au 6 mars 2027. Le voyage devra être réservé au moins 30 jours à l’avance et complété au plus tard le 14 juillet 2027.

3.3.    La valeur totale maximale du Grand Prix est de 3 500 $. Aucune monnaie en espèce ou crédit ne sera remis au Gagnant si la valeur du Prix à la date choisie par ce dernier est inférieure à 3 500 $.

4.       CONDITIONS RATTACHÉES AU PRIX

4.1.    Le Participant sélectionné et son compagnon de voyage doivent voyager ensemble à l’aller et au retour. Les préparatifs de voyage seront organisés par l’Organisateur. Le voyage devra être réservé au moins 30 jours à l’avance et complété au plus tard le 14 juillet 2027.

4.2.    Les réservations sont sujettes à la disponibilité de l’Organisateur au moment de la réservation. Les termes et conditions indiqués sur le site de transat.com ou airtransat.com au moment de la réservation de l’Organisateur sont applicables. Les frais d’assurance, dépenses personnelles, assurance voyage personnelle et documentation de voyage ne sont pas inclus dans le Prix. L’Organisateur recommande fortement au Participant sélectionné et son compagnon de voyage de souscrire à une assurance voyage au moment de la réservation ou avant leur départ.

4.3.    À la date du voyage, le Participant sélectionné et son compagnon de voyage sont entièrement responsables d’obtenir à leurs frais, toutes documentations nécessaires au voyage requis par les autorités concernées, incluant, mais sans s’y limiter, les visas, passeports et certificats de vaccination. Ceux-ci doivent être obtenus avant le départ. Le Participant sélectionné et son compagnon de voyage doivent respecter les dates de validité du Concours et accepter les options proposées par l’Organisateur, si cela s’avère nécessaire. Aucune prolongation du séjour ne sera permise. l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’offrir un prix qu’il juge de qualité comparable si un programme est annulé et/ou si le Prix n’est plus disponible.

4.4.    Toutes les dépenses personnelles du Participant sélectionné et de son compagnon de voyage relèvent de leur unique responsabilité. Le Participant et son compagnon de voyage sont responsables de leur propre transport au départ et à l’arrivée de l’aéroport international de départ, tel que déterminé par l’Organisateur. L’Organisateur n’assumera aucune responsabilité de quelque nature que ce soit pour tout report, retard ou annulation du vol ou de toute autre composante des forfaits ou de tout autre transport faisant partie du Prix pour toute raison que ce soit, dont, notamment, mais sans s’y limiter, les conditions climatiques, le bris ou le défaut d’équipement. Le compagnon de voyage du Participant sélectionné doit être résident canadien ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité dans sa province de résidence à la Date d’ouverture du Concours. Dans l’éventualité où le Prix ne serait accepté en conformité avec les conditions y étant attachées, le Prix sera réputé déchu.

4.5.    Les réservations et arrangements du Prix liés aux réservations des vols devront obligatoirement être effectués par l’Organisateur, à la date convenue par le Participant sélectionné au moins trente (30) jours avant le départ et seront sujets aux disponibilités. L’Organisateur remettra un document au Participant avec tous les détails et la procédure à suivre pour réserver.

4.6.    Le Grand Prix offert doit être accepté tel qu’offert et n’est ni échangeable, ni remboursable, ni transférable ou monnayable.

5.       TIRAGE

5.1   Le tirage du Grand Prix sera effectué parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues entre la Date d’ouverture du Concours (16 juillet 2026 à 18 h HAE) et la Date de clôture du Concours (15 août 2026 à 22 h HAE). Le tirage aura lieu le 19 août 2026 à 12 h HAE aux bureaux de Transat Tours Canada inc., 300 Léo‑Pariseau, Montréal (Québec), H2X 4C2.

5.2   Pour les prix secondaires du 16 juillet 2026, des tirages au sort seront effectués parmi toutes les participations numériques reçues via le code QR avant 19 h 30 HAE auprès des partisans présents au match du 16 juillet 2026 au Stade Saputo, entre la date d’ouverture du concours (16 juillet 2026 à 18 h HAE) et l’heure officielle du match (16 juillet 2026 à 19 h 30 HAE). Le tirage aura lieu le 16 juillet 2026 à 19 h 35 HAE au Stade Saputo, 4750, rue Sherbrooke Est, Montréal (Québec), H1V 3S8. Les gagnants seront contactés par téléphone afin de réclamer leur prix immédiatement sur place.

5.3   Limite d'une (1) inscription par personne en ligne pour toute la durée de la période du concours. Les participants ayant réussi, via une participation à la Grande Roue, à obtenir le drapeau du pays de leur Destination de rêve verront leurs chances de gagner multipliées par 100 pour un maximum équivalent à cent (100) inscriptions.

5.4   Les chances de gagner: les chances qu’un participant soit sélectionné lors du tirage dépendent du nombre d'inscriptions reçues pendant la période du concours.

 

 

6.       RÉCLAMATION DU PRIX

6.1.    Afin d’être déclaré gagnant, le Participant dont la participation aura été sélectionnée par le panel de juges doit :

6.1.1.          se conformer aux conditions de participation prévues aux paragraphes 1 et 2 du présent Règlement;

6.1.2.          être joint par courriel par l’Organisateur, dans les quarante-huit (48) heures suivant la sélection du Participant. L’Organisateur inscrira dans son les instructions à suivre pour permettre au gagnant de réclamer le Prix.

6.1.3.          s’il est impossible de rejoindre le Participant sélectionné dans les quarante-huit (48) heures suivant la sélection du gagnant ou s’il ne respecte pas les formalités du présent Règlement dans les délais mentionnés ci-dessus, tous ses droits au prix seront déchus et un autre Participant sera sélectionné. S’il est impossible de rejoindre le deuxième (2e) Participant sélectionné dans les quarante-huit (48) heures de la sélection du deuxième participant, ou s’il ne respecte pas les formalités du présent Règlement dans les délais mentionnés ci-dessus, tous ses droits au Prix seront déchus et une autre participation sera sélectionnée. S’il est impossible de rejoindre le troisième (3e) Participant sélectionné dans les quarante-huit (48) heures de la sélection de la troisième (3e) participation, ou s’il ne respecte pas les formalités du présent Règlement dans les délais mentionnés ci-dessus, le prix sera déchu; Pour plus de clarté, un nouveau Participant sera choisi pour remplacer le Participant qui ne répond pas;

6.1.4.          remplir et signer le formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération (ci-après le « Formulaire de déclaration ») qui lui sera transmis par l’Organisateur et le retourner à celui-ci dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables suivant la réception de celui-ci.

6.1.5.          Exceptionnellement pour les gagnants sur place du 16 juillet 2026, les gagnants seront contactés par téléphone afin de réclamer leur prix immédiatement sur place.

6.2.    La désignation du gagnant se fera dans les trente (30) jours suivant la date de la sélection du gagnant.

6.3.    À défaut de respecter l’une ou l’autre des conditions mentionnées ci-dessus ou toute autre condition prévue au présent Règlement, le Participant sélectionné sera disqualifié et le Prix qui lui aura été attribué sera déchu.

 

 

7.       RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS 

7.1.    De temps à autre, l’Organisateur peut, avec le consentement du Participant, utiliser les renseignements personnels fournis dans le Formulaire de Déclaration dans le but de :

7.1.1.          communiquer avec le gagnant afin que ce dernier prenne possession du prix;

7.1.2.          communiquer avec le Participant directement relativement aux produits et services offerts par l’Organisateur, dont des offres spéciales et de l’information sur les services de voyages; et

7.1.3.          effectuer un sondage relativement à l’efficacité du site Internet, de la publicité et des efforts de vente faits par l’Organisateur.

7.2.    Le Participant doit indiquer s’il consent ou non à ce que ses renseignements personnels fournis sur le Formulaire de Déclaration soient utilisés en cochant la case à cet effet qui se trouve sur le Formulaire de Déclaration officiel. Pour de plus amples informations relativement à l’utilisation par l’Organisateur des renseignements personnels, tel que décrit dans la Politique sur la protection des renseignements personnels et respect de la vie privée adoptée par Transat A.T. inc. et ses sociétés affiliées, le Participant est invité à visiter les sites Internet www.airtransat.com et/ou www.transat.com.

8.       CONDITIONS GéNÉRALES

8.1.    L’Organisateur du Concours se réserve le droit de disqualifier un Participant ou d’annuler sa participation s’il est prouvé qu’il participe ou tente de participer au présent Concours d’une manière qui n’est pas conforme au présent Règlement. Ce Participant pourrait être confié aux autorités judiciaires compétentes. Toute décision de l’Organisateur du Concours à l’égard de cet aspect du Concours est finale.

8.2.    En participant à ce Concours, le Participant sélectionné ainsi que son compagnon de voyage consentent, sans recevoir de compensation additionnelle, à ce que leurs noms, adresse, ville, province, voix, commentaires, photographies et/ou autre ressemblance soient utilisés à des fins publicitaires ou promotionnelles par l’Organisateur.

8.3.    Ce Concours est assujetti aux lois et règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et municipaux.

8.4.    Les formulaires incomplets, reçus après la Date de clôture du Concours, perdus, non conforme de quelque manière ou envoyés par une méthode non autorisée sont réputés nuls et ne seront pas acceptés lors des tirages.

8.5.    Le Concours est géré par l’Organisateur.  L’Organisateur n’assume aucune responsabilité pour les formulaires de participation qui sont reçus après la Date de clôture du Concours, perdus, volés, mal acheminés, illisibles, incomplets, falsifiés, modifiés, détruits, et de tels formulaires seront réputés nuls. L’Organisateur n’assumera aucune responsabilité pour tout problème, panne, mauvais fonctionnement technique d’une ligne de réseau, système d’ordinateur en ligne, téléphone périphérique, logiciel, serveur, fournisseur, courriel, navigateur ou mauvais fonctionnement technique qui pourrait se produire, incluant, sans s’y limiter, un problème de transmission ou de non transmission d’un formulaire de participation, et ce, peu importe la cause.  L’Organisateur n’est aucunement responsable pour de l’information erronée ou inexacte, qu’elle soit causée par les utilisateurs du site Internet ou par l’équipement et/ou les programmes associés avec ou utilisés par le Concours ou par une erreur technique ou humaine qui aurait pu se produire lors du déroulement du Concours, y compris lors du traitement des formulaires de participation. L’Organisateur n’assume aucune responsabilité pour toute erreur, omission, interruption, perte, défaut relativement à l’opération ou la transmission, panne des lignes de communication, vol ou destruction ou accès interdit aux ou modifications des formulaires de participation. L’Organisateur n’est pas responsable pour les blessures ou dommages qui pourraient résulter de la tenue du Concours. Tous les formulaires de participation deviennent la propriété de l’Organisateur et ne seront pas retournés aux participants. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de détruire tous les documents afférents au Concours une fois que le délai de conservation exigé par la loi sera expiré.  L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’annuler, de modifier ou de remettre le Concours à n’importe quel moment, sans préavis, si un facteur quelconque empêche le déroulement du Concours en vertu du présent Règlement ou en conformité avec tout règlement, loi ou politique de n’importe quelle entité ayant juridiction sur l’Organisateur.

8.6.    En participant au Concours, le Participant reconnaît avoir lu et compris le présent Règlement et accepte d’être lié par celui-ci et de s’y conformer. Le Participant atteste que le Règlement est compréhensif et raisonnablement disponible pour consultation.

8.7.    Le nom du gagnant peut être obtenu en écrivant au «Destination De Rêve Air Transat», à l’attention de Marie-Christine Pouliot, Transat Tours Canada inc., Place du Parc, 300, rue Léo-Pariseau, 12e étage, Montréal, Québec, H2X 4C2.
